Accessibility Commitment
Last updated: 28 June 2026
Our commitment
Cindral is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible. That includes people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, high-contrast display modes, or reduced-motion settings. We view accessibility as a practical standard, not a formality.
This site is built and maintained with the aim of meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. Our conformance target is partial conformance, with ongoing improvement.
Measures taken
The following practices are applied across this site:
Semantic HTML structure
Pages use <header>, <main>, <footer>, <nav>, <section> and <details> elements so that assistive technologies can navigate the page structure without relying on visual cues.
Keyboard navigation
All interactive elements — navigation links, buttons, form fields, FAQ items and cookie consent controls — are reachable and operable by keyboard alone. Focus order follows the visual reading order.
Colour contrast
Text and interactive elements are designed to meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required by WCAG 2.1 AA. The design palette was selected with this in mind: dark copper headers against cream backgrounds, and vermilion CTAs at ratios above the minimum.
Reduced-motion support
This site does not use animated transitions or scroll-reveal effects. There are no looping keyframe animations. Users with prefers-reduced-motion enabled will find the site behaves identically to the default view.
Descriptive alternative text
Content images carry alt attributes that describe what is depicted, rather than repeating the filename or leaving the field empty. Decorative SVG icons used for visual structure carry appropriate aria-label or aria-hidden attributes.
Labelled form fields
Every field in the enquiry form has an associated <label> element linked by for and id attributes. Required fields are identified visually and in the markup. The cookie preference toggles on this site carry accessible labels.
Skip navigation
A skip-to-main-content link is provided for keyboard users who prefer to bypass repeated header navigation. It becomes visible on focus.
Known limitations
This site embeds a Google Maps iframe to display our office location. The iframe is provided by a third party and its internal accessibility is outside our control. Users who cannot interact with the map can find the address in the contact section of the page and in the footer.
Some decorative hatch-pattern SVG backgrounds are present for design purposes. These are marked aria-hidden="true" and do not convey information, but complex SVG patterns may produce unexpected output in some screen reader configurations.
Feedback and reporting
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, we want to know. Please send a brief description of the issue — including the page URL and the browser or assistive technology you are using — to [email protected] or call us at +60 4-263 8471. We aim to respond within five business days and to address confirmed issues in the next available update cycle.
Date of this statement
