User Agreement

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website at cindral.sbs or by submitting an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Description of the service

Cindral offers three fixed-scope B2B engagements delivered to organisations based in Malaysia and the surrounding region:

• Invoice and Receipt Extraction — configuration of AI-assisted document extraction routines for shared service teams processing 300 or more documents monthly, including one system integration and a clerk handbook. Three-week delivery. From RM 880.
• Reconciliation Support Tooling — a matching tool that pairs statement lines to internal records and surfaces exceptions for review by the client's finance staff. Includes two calibration rounds and staff onboarding. Six-week delivery. From RM 1,900.
• Back-Office Process Advisory — a B2B advisory engagement covering process mining, staff shadowing, a redesigned target operating model and a phased implementation plan. Twelve-week delivery. From RM 4,480.

All engagements are operational tooling and advisory. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical or other regulated professional advice.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

This site is intended for business representatives — managers, directors and operational staff at organisations considering the services described above. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have authority to engage a service on behalf of your organisation.

You agree to provide accurate information in the enquiry form. Deliberately false or misleading submissions may result in us declining to proceed with an engagement.

4. Engagements and payment

Prices listed on the site are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and represent the starting fee for each engagement. The final fee is confirmed in a written scope document agreed before work begins. Payment terms are set out in that document and are typically structured as a deposit at engagement start and a balance at delivery.

Prices on this website are indicative and may be updated without notice. The confirmed fee in the signed scope document governs the engagement.

5. Changes, cancellations and scope

Each engagement is governed by the scope document agreed at the start. Changes to scope after work begins may affect cost and timeline; any changes are agreed in writing before implementation.

If you need to postpone or cancel an engagement, please contact us at [email protected] as early as possible. Deposit refundability and cancellation terms will be set out in the scope document.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and other materials on this website are owned by Cindral or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute or adapt site content for commercial use without prior written permission. The deliverables produced under an engagement (handbooks, operating models, configured tooling) are subject to the ownership terms set out in the scope document for that engagement.

7. Acceptable use

You may use this site to review information about Cindral's services and to submit a genuine business enquiry. You may not use the site to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiries
• Attempt to probe, scan or test the security of the site
• Reproduce or scrape site content in bulk
• Use automated tools to submit form submissions at volume

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Cindral's services are operational tooling and general business-to-business advisory. The extraction and reconciliation tools surface structured data and flag exceptions; all financial decisions, judgements and approvals remain entirely with the client. The process advisory engagement produces a model and a plan; its implementation is the client's responsibility.

The site and its content are provided on an as-available basis. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cindral's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement to which the claim relates.

9. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites for reference. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from use of this site or an engagement with Cindral will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without excluding any consumer protections that may apply to you under local law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this agreement from time to time. The revised version will appear on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
