This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

Data you provide directly

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, you supply your first name, email address, and optionally your last name, phone number and a free-text message describing your operation. These fields are sent to us so we can respond to your enquiry.

Data collected automatically

When you visit the site, standard server and analytics data is collected — this includes your approximate location (country/region), browser type, pages viewed and the time of your visit. If you have accepted performance or advertising cookies, additional data may be collected by third-party tools as described in section 5.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you submit in the enquiry form to respond to your message, arrange a scoping call if appropriate, and send a scope document at the start of any engagement. We do not send unsolicited marketing to enquiry contacts.

Automatically collected usage data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful and where there are problems. This data is reviewed in aggregate and is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.

4. Legal basis

We process enquiry form data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form and accept this notice. We may also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries. Automatically collected analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent to performance cookies, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning website.

This site is operated from Malaysia. We handle personal data in line with applicable local data-protection law. Where data is transferred to third-party processors located outside Malaysia, we take steps to confirm that appropriate data handling standards apply.

5. Cookies & tracking

6. Third parties and processors

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. These may include web analytics platforms that receive anonymised or pseudonymised usage data, and advertising pixel services that help measure campaign effectiveness. We do not sell personal data to any third party. Each processor is instructed to handle data only as directed by us.

This site embeds a Google Maps iframe to display our office location. Google's own privacy terms apply to that component. No API key passes personal data through this embed.

7. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the relationship with you — typically no longer than two years from last contact, unless an ongoing engagement requires it. Analytics data is retained according to the default retention periods of the platforms we use, which you can review on their respective documentation pages. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, to request deletion, and to withdraw consent for processing based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, send a written request to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period — generally within 14 business days. If you have a concern about how we handle your data, you may also raise it with the relevant data-protection authority in Malaysia.

9. Data security

Enquiry submissions travel over HTTPS. We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, so we cannot make absolute assurances about security, but we keep our practices under review.

10. Children's data

This site and the services offered through it are directed at business professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through this site, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.

11. Changes to this notice
